Well, I think it’s time to put this project to rest, or at least, stop the photography portion and focus on developing the story and history behind it. Besides the occasional photo, I won’t be making specific trips to the shoreline to shoot the seawalls anymore.
I am so thankful for the friends and family who have shown interest in the project, and encouraged me along the way. I’ve been working on this project for the past 2.5 – ish years, and have learned a lot about nature, and photography throughout this project. I’m so blessed to live so close to Lake Michigan, and have friend’s who let me come out to their beach to work on this project.
The experience I’ve gained during this is priceless, as it was during my Frozen In Time project as well, and I do plan on taking on another project, which is yet to be determined.
Last night was a very good way to end the project.
